  1、日本西武百货计划开设DTC品牌集合店

  日本株式会社崇光・西武日前宣布,将于旗下西武百货涩谷店开设DTC品牌集合店CHOOSEBASE SHIBUYA,并计划于2021年9月正式开业。目前,西武百货正在对商场PARKING馆一楼的空间进行整体改造,总共约700平方米,已有FABRIC TOKYO等约30个日本DTC品牌确定入驻。

  3、World’s first Columbia Pictures theme and waterpark to open in Thailand

  Sony Pictures Entertainment and Amazon Falls announced that they have closed a deal to develop the 14-acre prime location in the seaside town of Bangsaray, Thailand to open the world’s first Columbia Pictures theme and waterpark, “Columbia Pictures’ Aquaverse.”

  With rides and attractions to begin opening from October 2021, Columbia Pictures’ Aquaverse will feature state-of-the-art rides and newly themed attractions, bringing to life beloved characters from some of the most successful, world class movies from Hollywood, including Ghostbusters, Jumanji, Bad Boys, Men in Black and Hotel Transylvania.

  Catering to visitors of all ages, the park will encompass eight highly themed and immersive zones with each includes an exciting program of live shows, immersive entertainment, interactive props, unique sets, themed restaurants, as well as specialty merchandise and retail locations.

  4、Harrods百货恢复营业,LV、Chanel等奢侈品店大排长龙

  Zhang Yong, CEO of Alibaba, added that the group would take measures to reduce the entry level and business costs of businesses on e-commerce platforms, and believed that the regulatory authorities' adjustment of exclusive arrangements would not have any substantial impact on the business.   12、森马去年净利润近乎“腰斩”

  4月12日晚间,森马服饰披露了2020年年报成绩单。从披露的数据来看,2020年森马服饰营收、归属净利出现双降的情形,其中森马服饰2020年的归属净利润近乎“腰斩”。

  森马服饰财报显示,公司在2020年实现的营业收入约152.05亿元,同比下降21.37%;对应实现的归属净利润约8.06亿元,同比下降48%。在报告期内森马服饰实现的扣非后净利润(扣除非经常性损益后的净利润)约7.57亿元,同比下降49.01%。或许为提升资金流动性,该集团计划使用不超过60亿元人民币的自有闲置资金购买理财产品。

  国新办于4月12日举行发布会,表示海南自由贸易港政策制度框架初步建立,并出台了110多件政策文件。将建立以“零关税”货物贸易制度、出台外商投资准入负面清单、放宽市场准入特别措施;提升人民币可兑换水平,推动跨境货物贸易、服务贸易以及新型国际贸易结算便利化等。据悉下一步还将出台28项进一步推进海南自由贸易港贸易自由化便利化举措。

  Courtin-Clarins, the founder of LVMH's French beauty brand CLARINS, recently announced that it will spend 75 million euros to acquire Château Beauséjour estate in southwest France, which covers an area of 6.4 hectares of vineyards, listed as the first-level B winery of Saint-Emilion.

  After the completion of the transaction, the estate will continue to be inhabited and managed by the Duffau-Lagarrosse family, the seller, in order to protect the status of St. Emilion's first-level winery.
